The Plantronics® DA series of USB adapters provides the flexibility to use any Plantronics corded professional headset with VoIP SoftPhones. USB port connection provides universal compatibility and independence from the PC’s soundcard, allowing the PC’s speaker, not the headset, to ring for call notification.
With the top-of-the-range DA55™ adapter – sound quality is digitally-enhanced with Plantronics proven SoundGuard Plus™ and Call Clarity™ technology, whilst Digital Signal processing (DSP) suppresses the echo sometimes experienced with VoIP. The PerSono® Pro software allows managers to easily track whether sound levels are in line with those defined in European legislation. The DA40™ is an entry level USB adapter and the DA45™ USB offers full integration with a wide range of enterprise grade softphones.
