Symantec is announcing Symantec™ Mail Security for Domino® Multi Platform Edition 8.0. This new version will replace Symantec™ Mail Security for Domino® Multi Platform Edition 3.2. Symantec Mail Security for Domino provides add-on SKUs for
customers requiring additional platform support when using any of Symantec"s Enterprise suites (to include any bundled product where Mail Security for Domino (Windows-only release) was included as a part of the license.) Symantec Mail Security for
Domino-Multiplatform Edition 8.0 does not offer server-based licensing for mail servers. Special consideration will be given to customers requiring per-server licenses for application servers only. Symantec account managers must contact product
management directly to obtain authorization for Domino Application server pricing. Full details including new SKUs, pricing and obsolete SKUs can be found in the relevant tabs in this announcement.
